That bayonet you called an M7 is not an M7. On an M7 the blade is smaller and has an edge running halfway down the top. It also would not have a shiny “in the white” finish. The handle would be a Bakelite material with a very different texture. And, an M7 would definitely work on a stock AR-15 type barrel with a bayonet lug; that’s what it was designed for. I don’t know what that other bayonet you have there is, but it bears practically no resemblance to an M7.

That was how it was marketed at the time. M7 type. We buy to show you what shows up if you buy it. As you can see we don’t buy older used items of quality.
