I bought this kit after watching the video. I bought the mirror as well. Since practising with it, my putting has improved beyond belief. It really helped me get my stance right and hitting the ball straight. so much so, I have worn a straight line to the hole. Really impressed with it.

I've been using the Putout all this year. Never knew about the plastic that blocks the hole. Have always gone for the perfect putt in the hole. Won't go to bed until it's in the hole. I am talking about the putting practice.

Hmm...on drill 1, it looked like your putts were rolling back to you. Doesn't that mean you would have gone 5 feet past?

Just bought it ...- tried the drills missed the first one from 5ft so best score 0! ..perfect putt 13 so that's not bad for first attempt - Going to do it every day and hopefully see the improvment

I went to yanki golf this week and had a free putter fitting on a SAM lab, found that my my toe hang putter was totally wrong for me and needed a face balanced so bought a cheap new putter. Also bought the putout mat to use with my putout and OMG my putting has gone to another level 👍 if your putter swing is straight you can use the lines done each side of the mat to practise your stroke, and I use mine with the stopper out and don’t stop putting until I putout! Awesome bit of kit and although the mat is £50 quid which I thought was taking the p*ss it beats the Capet any day! Happy putting practise, my record is 2 putouts in succession from 6ft, and definitely getting out at Christmas with a few drinks 🍷😀

It is a great practice aid, I like the hole size target it's improved my focus so much , I practice close getting further away each putt & it's helped my confidence massively when looking at a putt inside 7ft more often than not I hole it, & it's great to just practice your skills with the micro target so addictive. I wouldn't buy the Matt if you have decent carpets at £80 your not going to benefit you enough to warrant that extra outlay .

Agreed... the drills on this video doesn’t need the Mat as I said, but the drills are working a treat for me 👍👍👍

We keep a PuttOut set up at work. We have a chart on the wall and keep track of the number of putts and the number of Perfect Putts. It can be very addictive.

Thanks for vid. Wonder if you've an update? Ive only since this vid of yours. Im new to putting (focused on long game for 1 year :D) and just got the puttout set like yourself. For the drill 25 5ft putts, why not try for 25 6ft putts? or is that really quite hard to make?

Working away so persuaded wifey that a puttout and mat would be good for my health (better than bars and dancing girls - she agreed 😉). I will watch the vlog again, diligently practice and await the magic on the greens 😊

You need Ben Crenshaw’s the art of putting in your life. The best putter of all time, his stats were crazy in his Pom. Only ever used 1 putter ‘little Ben’. Wilson 8802!

I love my Puttout trainer and mat but I feel like the "perfect putt" would really be left pretty long if you missed a real cup. Maybe it's just my feeling.

In the 25 ball drill, when the ball returns to me, does it have to return exactly to the same spot from where it was hit? Is it okay if its short or too long on the return?
@FlyWithMe_666
Жыл бұрын
I got the putt out too. not sure why he wants the ball to return to him, this just means he hit the ball way too hard. If he misses (on a real course), he’ll have a hard time making the return putt. Should not come back more than like a foot.
