This is a much cleaner play through of 300+ flags in last stand endless than my last video. As you can see, I played it pretty much flawlessly. New to this setup is the addition of ice shrooms and the different positioning of the magnet shrooms. There was no huge reason for this change in setup, I simply decided that ice shrooms would be more valuable to stock up on. Anyways, here’s how the whole setup works.
First, launch a pair of cobs as soon as the first wave begins. Always aim for the line in the grass that separates columns 8 and 9, as this will maximize the explosion’s effectiveness at damaging zombies in the wave, while also ensuring that any bungees that appear on column 7 get exploded.
Second, launch a pair of cobs exactly every seven seconds. I like this timing because it allows for a faster tempo, although there are technically ways to launch cobs every eight ish seconds (at the risk of the plants getting smashed in column 7). The exact timing is up to personal preference but I would advise to not launch the cobs too quickly or you’ll run out of them due to the recharge time. Instead of counting the time in my head, I usually launch the cobs at the start of each wave which is usually denoted by the sound of dolphin rider zombies. If there’s no dolphin zombies in the wave, I am still able to estimate the moment the wave starts which is when I launch a pair of cobs.
Third, when you run out of cobs, plant a doom shroom in the pool the moment the following wave begins, then activate it with a coffee bean. This gives your cobs time to recharge while also damaging every zombie on the screen simultaneously. Keep the same seven second timing when you do this, and launch the next pair of cobs at the next seven seconds. You can see my video for the exact timing of the attacks.
Forth step: when the huge wave of zombies is approaching message appears, count to five, then activate an ice shroom with a coffee bean. This prevents any zombies from spawning inside your pool defense, meaning that this is a very important step. If you screw up, you can still use a mallet to quickly kill the zombies in the pool, but your cobs will probably still get bitten a few times. The timing for the ice shroom isn't super precise, but try your best to not mess up here.
Fifth step: once the ice shroom is activated, the rest of the round is easy. Simply continue to launch cobs every seven seconds. Eventually there will be no more bungee or dolphin rider zombies which makes lt even easier.
Congratulations, you now know how to survive 300+ flags in last stand endless!
