Curd(Dahi) -500gm
Gram Flour(Besan)-2 spoons
Mustard Oil(Sarson ka oil)-2 spoons
Whole red chilli-3-4
Fenugreek seeds-1tsp
Coriender Seeds-1tsp
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Asafoetida-1 pinch
Onion-3 medium(Long sliced)
Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli-1tsp
Turmeric-1tsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Salt to taste
