Solve 3: Oh boy there are 4 better solutions than the one in the video 1. for a more efficient v you can do R' L U R with yellow on bottom and red on right in 4 moves instead of 6 and you also could have canceled a move in your V in the video from a better angle although the L4E is bad 2. from the same angle noting the red-blue edge between the yellow and red centers R' L R U' R' U' R solves the V and an edge yielding L3E 3. Similarly but more move efficient but less fingertrick friendly than the previous still from the same angle U' R' U' L R also solves the V and an edge but in 5 moves instead of 7 but gives a 2 flip case which is worse than the L3E from solution 2 4. Also solving an edge and the V in seven moves but very fingertrick friendly U R' L R L U' L' gives 3e left Solution 2,3 and 4 all give 12 movers plus tips and are more fingertrick friendly than the one in the video

For the first solve after the first moves U R you can do a B’ to preserve the yellow-blue block because the last moves are 2gen for the V and it would leave a L3E but in this case it skipped lol

Hi! DG. I saw some solutions that I think is a little bit better than yours. For the 1st solve, the green V can be done in:(green bottom, blue front)U’B’R’L , and it ends up with a 2 edge flip, which is kind of nice. For the 3rd solve, there is also a better solution of yellow V : (yellow bottom, blue front) R’U L R. And I can 1 look this solve since it is easy to see how the edges go with this decent solution. BTW I would like to say thank you. I’m from China and I have been practicing l4e for 1 year, and now I am sub3 in practice. Your walkthrough solves really helps me a lot! :D
