Can i use text file containing output of 'show run' or 'show version' without having to connect to the device itself to parse it using genie ?

@@dannyhe363 There you go..... it just skipped my mind from genie.conf.base import Device dev = Device(name="aName", os="iosxe") dev.custom.abstraction = {"order": ["os"]} # dev.custom.setdefault("abstraction", {})["order"] = ["os"] dev.parse("show version", output=output) Where output is the text you want to parse and you load from a text file
