there was one time when we had a history exam,i studied the night before and procrastinated so i read the book by 11:00 pm and yhe exam starts at 7:30 (i leave my house at 6:00) i was so sleepy and didn't get a chance to study the other lessons,the exam day came and i was so nervous.but thankfully i got 30/50 (i know its not high but it made me so happy) a tip is to listen when your teacher is discussing,this tip actually helped me a lot,also study for quizzes (if you have them) or practice test so that atleast 10% of that can stay in your brain when your taking an exam.hope this helps!

Stick your postits on the toilet door. I swear it sounds stupid but when I was in high school, I was specialised in literature. And we had to read so many books and we had to remember whole passages of the books. I stuck them on the toilet door, because you spend some time there and you have nothing to do but to look at it. 8 years later, even my sisters still remember these quotes, believe me guys

Hey this is really late. But she uses the clock to create study periods. Like 1 hour studying, then the alarm goes off and maybe she does a 5 min break and then goes back to study! Or you can organise studying better with the clock, like 1 hour english 1 hour history 1 hour maths etc.!

I've been listening to music wrong this whole time while studying😂 I can't control myself if I listen to music. I always end up singing or dancing, especially listening to BTS. Is it just me or do Korean Textbooks look so much more interesting than most others? I am from Austria and most of my textbooks are so boring... Italian ones, for example, are so much better... (I know because my mom’s Italian and I’ve seen many textbooks) maybe it’s really just me but throughout the video I felt like the books just looked more appealing than mine:)

I like how you can be so motivated to study and also so inspiring. I agree about getting bad results doesn't mean the end of the world, but I got my result last month and I had to repeat a subject because I failed, I felt so bad for my parents and I don't know what to do :( I tried to stay in library during the day everyday because I can't study in my room. If I do, my roommates would say things like "wow, so studious" or "teach us later what you've learned!" when all they did everyday were watching dramas and slept in class. It irritates me haha Do you have any friends like these? If you do, how do you deal with them? I need some advice...
@meoiaw
6 жыл бұрын
I have friends like that and it's really annoying.. I don't know how to deal with it I usually just go somewhere in an empty or calm area and do it there. After that I just don't speak with them about studying or exams.

pichew I see...I'll try doing that. When I study in my room I have to stay in my bed and hide my laptop's screen from being seen by them, then pretend that I'm playing games. Haha life is hard...Thanks for replying btw! :)

You're welcome. It really is hard.. but if they notice and make fun of you or something, ignore them. There's nothing wrong with studying because in the end you'll be the one getting good grades and have a safe, secure future whilst they'll be struggling. I'm sure they'll regret it later on so there's nothing to be ashamed of ^^;

My mother actually gave me a great tip for these type of students and these type of students make a great amount of my friend circle. Her tip was to make boundaries. Make things clear with your friends. Just don't give away your hardwork. In any other way they will blame you for their study problems. I know.

i have it too. thats why people call me as anti social. because i just ignore them and i don't like to be friend with the toxic people. it's better be alone in this world than being with thousand toxic people. and now, I am on my way to pursue for my phd and now, I met a lot of people who is like me and encourage me to study more and study together. the positive thing will come if you let something negative out of your mind. don't worry. don't follow them and focus on your dream.. fighting!! 😊
