鹽焗雞粉 1包
薑、蔥 適量
紹酒 1湯匙

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 雞洗淨吸乾水,加入適量薑汁、適量鹽、1湯匙紹酒,按摩全雞。
2️⃣ 加入鹽焗雞粉、薑、蔥醃30分鐘(醃2小時更為入味)。
3️⃣ 氣炸鍋攝氏180度焗約30分鐘。留意金黃程度,以免烤焦。
📌備註:本片所用氣炸鍋無需預熱及把食物反轉,請根據您氣炸鍋的功能作適當調節。

Ginger, spring onions - as needed
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the chicken and pat dry. Add ginger juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, and massage the entire chicken.
2️⃣ Add the salt-baked chicken powder, spring onions, ginger, and marinate for 30 minutes (marinate for 2 hours for better taste).
3️⃣ Air fry at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Pay attention to the golden color to avoid burning.
📌Note: The air fryer used in this recipe does not require preheating or flipping the food. Please adjust the cooking time and settings according to your air fryer's functions.
