Mate can’t thank you enough. You’ve just saved me $875. Even as a novice it took me only about 30 mins. Other videos stated having to take the glove box out and so glad I followed your instructions 👍

Great video shared 👍 My B pillar air vent doesn't have much air coming out even on the max. Does it help by replacing the blower motor?

Hi . Could you let me know how to remove the fan . I have a extra blower fan . But the bearing is broken . I wanna take our the carbon brush and replace it
@sparkyire1983

I did that a few times but it’s very difficult to get access to the brushes. The fan blades are plastic welded on to the motor shaft. It’s much easier just replace the whole blower motor assembly. The part is relatively cheap on eBay.

@@sparkyire1983 hehe . I was waiting for your reply . But I did it . It was pretty difficult. But at the end of the day I have a cold AC blowing on my face . And yes I live in Qatar it gets pretty hot during day here . Despite all difficulties its all worth it. Thanks for replying though .

Hi , how did the eBay hold up after a while of use and would you have a link to the one you bought please, good video too.

It’s still working great 20k miles later. The link is no longer available but I’m pretty sure they are all manufactured by the same Chinese manufacturer.

I hate buying tools for one use...do you know if a ⅜ ratchet and drive would fit? or is it too wide..many thanks!

Yes it will fit. You need a long extension and 7mm socket on it.
