Wow that's the best downtown Sydney flyover I have seen. Normally they take a wider arc so further away but in your video much closer and looking down so very impressive. Thumbs up

Took their last flight to San Francisco. Just a great plane to fly in, took the same path out through The Heads. Thanks for the video. Great memories.

Cool video. Never seen an RB211 at that high pitch at takeoff (Db vs common Bb to B natural)!

Great upload! Although I must protest the half-speed spool up as it's usually my favourite part of the flight (it sounds fantastic at normal speed!) :) Great view of the city too! Were you sitting in premium economy? It looks like a similar angle of the wings/engine as a recent flight of mine.

+Premium Flyer Thanks for the comment! I was seated in business (8K). The spool up is also my favourite part of the flight. Especially if RR is supplying the power.

Wow! I think that was the full throttle power sound of the Rolls-Royce RB211-524! And I think the engines sounded really similar the Trent 700 too! But what do you prefer? Rolls-Royce RB211-524 (only 747 and 767) versus Rolls-Royce Trent 700 (only A330)? =D

Not sure what you mean as half speed spool? They use all thrust as required to take off? Not a bad video. If you fly planes then you will know the reason.
