Are you familiar with the QCC3008c or the CSRA64210? Doing some research I found that they share the same pin out but while trying to change the name on the chip gave me this error “error detecting chip type(read failed on USB-SPI) I’m using a 10k resistor between the VBAT pin and the SPI_PCM, while using PSTool 2.6.6, please let me know, thanks.

@@TENCUHTLI Vbat only use for batterry 3.7v . You need 1 resistor connect to SPI-pcm . You can use 3.3v from board FTDI .

Thanks a lot for this tutorial! I had to plug external usb-power to the board as well for it to work, but after that it worked flawlessly. Thanks

Thanks for your detailed bluetooth modules tutorials, it helped me a lot! Were you ever dealing with the locked SPI CSR8675 modules? I got one from aliexpress with a locked SPI which requires a 32-character key to unlock, so can’t connect to the module via PSTool…. please let me know if you have a solution for unlocking it 🙏

Hello Dariee, do you know if it is possible to send some AT commands to the module or even receive some data with a arduino to picture song texts on a display? Would like to use the module on a old carphone

Great walkthrough, thanks for sharing! Do you know of any portable speakers on the market that use this chip (or some variant) that could be reprogrammed this way? Cheers

Thanks for the great help videos! I've modded several car radios and your vids gave me the info and confidence to move forward. This is somewhat eye candy, but it would be nice to have the QCC3008 let the connecting device (in my case iOS) know what it is. I see the same behavior on your phone in this video. You're connected but no icon displayed in the upper R corner next to the battery icon. It's a minor thing but helpful for users to see if connected. Is there some setting in PSTools or ADK to let iOS know it's a hands free audio device (I'm using the MIC as well) or similar??

Hi darieee, I have the QCC3008 module and programmer for that module, how can I enable the I2S output signal? I would like to use an external DAC PCM5102 and that's why I need to enable I2S. On module CSR64215 in ADK I can see that setting but on module QCC3008 not. Thanks.

Hi Darie, thanks for all the videos. Is the SDK accesible via code? Would it be possible to add featrues that are nor available in the config tool? For example adding a few sensors.
@Darieee

it sure is - unfortunately I have not come that far yet - you need the ADK for that

Hi, could this Board also be used to transmit Audio? It states 2 ADCs but they are called microphone (Mic 1+2), so I am guessing they are used for ANC not Audio input?
@Darieee
3 жыл бұрын
they can be used for audio input - and passed through the DSP to make an AUX Line In sound like the Bluetooth Audio stream And I'm sure with the appropriate firmware you can get these modules to transmit there are those bluetooth adapters that have a switch on the side to toggle between RX and TX modes
