Bhindi Qeema
Method
Wash , dry and cut ladyfingers ( 250gms)
Heat oil and fry them , keep aside.
In same oil add whole garam masalay, Julian ginger, green chillies and sautee, add 300gms Beef/mutton/chicken qeema and fry for 5mins
Add 1 large sliced onion, 1large tomato and cook for 10mins
Now add spices red chilli powder 1/2tsp, roasted crushed cumin 1tsp, roasted corriandar powder 2tsp, salt to taste, turmeric powder 1/4tsp and cook for another 5mins
Add 1/2cup water and let the qeema tender.
After wards add fried ladyfingers, add 1/2tsp qasoori methi, lemon juice and serve .
