Why is everyone using minced pork? This is not an authentic way of making pork jerky. More like a short cut or “lazy” way. Yes, minced pork is definitely easier, but not the traditional method. Traditional methods is very time and labor consuming. I don’t buy pork jerky because of the new method. I love the traditional way. Who can let me know where to buy pork jerky still make the tradition method? Please and thanks
