This was my first try at Qi Gong and it was incredible. T A Yet you failed to mention any. They could be fake, for all we know. You need to post reputable sources when you trash someone else's video. These aren't gymnastic, they're just yoga poses, essentially. All the methods used are used in multiple practices. It did lack in martial arts poses my courses showed, but this is basic warm-up that won't cause physical harm for a beginner.

Okay, I'm not prescribing this or acting like your doctor. I'm only speaking as one person. With my Kardia Mobile (a home EKG monitor) I occasionally have PVCs premature ventricular contractions. This can or cannot be normal. If I have that, I do a round of Qigong for Beginners or another online set with Marisa. I don't want to say this always works because that would be unhelpful to me or to anyone reading and it could be misleading. But I had that situation this morning and just did my post Qigong test: Normal Sinus Rhythm: 61 BPM. Again, each body is different.

This was awesome! Thank you so much. I felt such incredible good energy throughout the entire day. Even when problems arose at work, they didn’t phase me like they usually do. I’m a total beginner and have only been practicing for a few months this year. Thank you again for sharing your 🎁 gift! Also your voice is super soothing!

Thank you Marisa, This has intensified greatly the energy tingly I get when meditating. So I’m dedicating my beginning by practicing this QiGong exercise for 100 days. Day 40 now and feeling good about it. Namaste’

I had heard the word Qigong but never really paid attention to it. I decided to watch a couple of videos and I found your video on Qigong to be quite wonderful. You do an amazing job in guiding individuals who are just learning how to do this. Thank you for sharing.

I LOVE THIS!!! Thank you. I've shied away from so many energy practices because I had trouble following and staying co-ordinated with my breathing and movements, but this was beautifully explained and demonstrated, and at a perfect pace for me to be able to feel like I can do it! Finally an energy practice I can truly embrace and even look forward to each day!

One theory is that by filling your mental bandwidth with relaxed sensory perception for a period of time you silenced the constant unconscious anxiety we have about life. Doing this makes the body relaxed in a way it isn't used to so it feels great.

i havent finished the whole video yet but about 7 minutes in it seems like this good for your circulatory system. now i got myself thinking what is Qi. coming from a very uneducated viewpoint Qi to me sounds like the essence of blood because blood flows throughout our body and so does Qi right? yea.. idk lol

I had bad knees and I can't stand long. I sat on a stool and follow your qi gong for the 1st time. I felt tired on my 1st trial but after following your whole session, I am feeling so relieved from the pain and stress I endure for too long especially at the neck area. I will follow ...it works for me

I am practicing with this video every day. Now when it comes to the part of "the tree of life", I can feel the energy flowing through my body, I can't stand still, my body just moves itself. I try to maintain the position, but the energy is a lot. Is that normal? I have asperger syndrome, by the way.
