Dear All, during the Olympia retreat in 2015, Luang Por shared his Qigong practice for empowering the mind and staying light mentally and physically. He also shared 4 negative tendencies that trap us. In this video, Luang Por walks students through the practice which takes about 15 minutes. He says that in his experience, this practice helps strengthens determination and reduces the need for sleep. Wonderful, as always, to see his joyous face. - with metta
