材料:
200克 金瓜(切成小塊)
90克 糖
100毫升 清水
100克 椰漿

60克 糯米粉
170克 木薯粉
15克 油
做法:
1. 將金瓜塊蒸熟,直到變軟(約15-20分鐘)。
2. 將蒸熟的金瓜加入糖,壓成金瓜泥,備用。
3. 在一個大碗中,將金瓜泥倒入,加入100ml清水和100g椰漿,少許鹽,混合均勻。
4. 加入60g糯米粉和170g木薯粉,15毫升食油,混合成濃稠的糊狀。
5. 再加入15毫升食油,混合均勻
6. 將混合好的糊狀物倒入一個抹了油並鋪了油紙的模具中。
7. 放入蒸鍋中,用中火蒸大約30分鐘。
8. 將蒸好的糕點取出,放涼(大約3-4小時)。
9. 冷卻後,將糕點切成小塊即可。

Ingredients:

60g glutinous rice flour

5. Pour the batter into a greased and parchment-lined mold.
6. Place in a steamer and steam over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
7. Remove the cake from the steamer and let it cool for about 3-4 hours.
8. Once cooled, cut the cake into small pieces and serve.
Tips:
You can add some shredded coconut according to your personal taste to enhance the texture.
