is there some docs about the calibration matrix process? How is it calculated? Some of us don't use windows, and we may implement that ourselves but how? is it a paper somewhere? Thanks!

All the references/articles I used are listed in the description of the video. The NXP application note covers all the math. Sailboat Instruments also published some C code, that you can use as a starting point for a Linux (?) implementation: sites.google.com/view/sailboatinstruments1/g-c-language-implementation .
