(note that Trans fat has been bad on UPF, and we are also taking extra care to limit the intake of it) now all the sudden glyphosate were claimed to exist on all types of food which can acts a antibiotics. This is really alarming. if so many trouble exist in our food supply chain, banning won't help the issue, only regulations from the government does. I'm currently looking into different types of antibiotics that might exist in foods and possible perform test before eating them, to make sure my consumption of food is as safe as possible. Let’s be clear about this, no living organism wants to be eaten. It’s about the defence mechanism behind the organism that we should be aware of. It’s clear animals will bite, claw, sting or charge you to defend themselves. Versus how many people are aware plants wage biological warfare on animals (including humans) to save themselves from extinction? People buying their fruits and vegs from the grocery store are absolutely clueless that plants are not benign. This is what the carnivore community is trying to get across. Not all people will react to the same plant the same way, some will react terribly and others to a much lesser degree to almost none. There is one undeniable fact, many people often attributing their symptoms to toxicity of joint pain or even depression to something else entirely or as “it’s just life” with no real cause. They only find out it was a plant causing all of these symptoms once they cut it out. There is no blueprint for the human body when it comes to food tolerance because everyone of us had different antibiotics, different medical history and different immune systems that ultimately changes our body’s reaction to the food we eat. What everyone should do is take charge of their own bodies and experiment. Do an elimination diet just to find out what might be causing the problem and reintroduce things to see what they can tolerate.
