相信很多朋友都喜欢这种酸辣的泰式料理。看似复杂,可是上手了可是非常容易烹煮的。如果不想配豆腐吃,当然你也可以自己DIY你想要的泰式料理,重点在于学会了泰式酱要搭什么都好吃哦!
食材
豆腐 - 2片(可随自己喜欢的分量)
盐 - 1茶匙
糖 - 1茶匙
热水 - 100毫升
温水 - Agak-agak
酱料:
泰式辣椒酱 - 4汤匙
酸梅酱 - 1汤匙
太白粉(马铃薯粉)- 1茶匙或少
水 - 少许
蘑菇调味精 - 1茶匙
糖 - 1茶匙
小辣椒 - 按个人喜好 (我家不怎么吃辣,所以就没多放辣椒)
配料:(都是agak-agak看你喜欢多少)
黄瓜
萝卜
花生米
黄梨/凤梨/菠萝
青苹果
Ingredients
Tofu - 2 pieces (add more if you like)
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Hot water - 100ml
Warm water - Agak-agak
Thai sauce:
Thai chili sauce - 4 spoons
Sour plum sauce - 1 spoon
Potato flour - 1 teaspoon or less
Water - Agak-agak
Mushroom stock powder - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Chili padi (bird's eyes chili) - based on your own preference
Add on: (All agak-agak lah)
Cucumber
Carrot
Peanuts
Pineapple
Green apple
*记得把豆腐的水分都挤干才炸,不然油很容易溅起来。Remember to dry the tofu as dry as possible to avoid oil splashing around.
*太白粉很容易凝固,所以不要直接倒太多,一点一点倒,酱料浓稠了直接熄火。Potato starch will easily coagulate. Add a little by little and turn off the heat immediately when the sauce turns thick.
