The Routine:
A: RDL - 4 sets, 10 reps
B: Leg Extension - 5 sets, 12 reps (double dropset final set)
C: Leg Press (Quad Focus) - 4 sets, 12-15 reps
D: Lying Leg Curl - 5 sets, 10-12 reps (dropset final set)
E: Smith Machine Bulgarian Split Squat (Glute Focus) - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
It should take 70-90 minutes to complete.
