This Quarantine home Bodyweight fitness workout is for the everyday person, with minimal equipment. Fitness is a fundamental tool for battling depression during these hard times! Hopefully this workout helps you combat depression and helps you stay in shape! Quick and relatively painless!
Warmup:
EMOM x 9mins
1st - 12-15 Sprawls
2nd - 20 Glute Bridges
3rd - 6-8 Push Ups (pause 5sec at top of each rep)
Perform a new movement at the top of each minute - rest until the next minute
Then
3 Sets:
A1. Pike Strict HSPU; 2020 Tempo x 10-12reps
rest 60sec
A2. Prisoner Good Morning; 4020 Tempo x 10-12reps rest 60sec
A3. Bodyweight Hip Thrust; 20X2 Tempo; 10-12reps rest 60sec (back to top)
