You can’t get 1000f wood will only get to 675+- with out an air assist…I’ve tried all types…royal oak charcoal pellets get me to 650…my thermometer may be off…I have the 12”…never seen over 650…I still love it tho…gas may get up there idk…grill on!

I like it, and am signed up for when it drops. I am curious to see whether the final product will incorporate any temperature regulating features, and variable rotation of the stone. It’s awesome that they’ve sent it to you for feedback👍

This is cool. I own a portable pizza oven by Mimiuo which I believe is own vlbu Only Fire. In fact, the rotating stone is the reason that I purchased it so that I don't have to keep rotating the pizza manually to try to make sure all the sides are even. It works great. I believe I have a couple videos on my site regarding this so glad to see that other manufacturers are following their lead.

What I've learned is, this oven should not be smoking. It means you don't have enough flame in pellets. So no smokey flavor

16” pizzas, not bad... I mean great: I have two pizza stones and neither one is that big. As for wood flavor... well “wood smokes”, charcoal doesn’t. So Gas vs Charcoal is a nonsensical question, but wood does the trick as it’s not dead and dried like charcoal. But at those cooking times pizzas won’t get much smoked flavor, heat is the enemy of smoke and humidity... so the important thing is heat, high temperatures I guess. But who cares if it works, he he... thanks for the video
