Queretaro is hands down one of my favorite cities to visit. I vacationed there last August and fell in love with the place and people. It's VERY safe especially the downtown area. Everything is pretty much within walking distance and Uber is super cheap (like $7 bucks for a ride). The most I paid for an Uber was $20 bucks. There's also a lot wealth there and their Antea mall is gorgeous, very modern. There's a lot of foreigners that live there so you can find food from Korea, other parts of Mexico, Italian, Indian even Arab food believe it or not. There's a lot of people from different places of the world that have made Queretaro their home. Did I mention they also have an awesome Wine & Tour there? Yep, Queretaro is one of the wine places in Mexico so if you love wine and cheese, go there! 100% recommend this State.

Ok so the algorithms aligned and bam! …KZitem offered up your channel. I’m planning to return to Mexico tan pronto como posible así que tus vídeos son imprescindibles para mi. 😀I’m only 3 vids into your collection but I can say you are totally on my page: low tolerance for pretence, a love of walkable no-car streets, lack of patience for touristas que no trata hablar español, no expectation that Mexican life should equate with or even mirror la vida de Los Estados Unidos. That’s the point of travel, no? … to experience something/somewhere different. AND you call out RACISM! What’s not to love? I think what you’re striving to find is an AUTHENTICITY of place and people. A valid and worthy aspiration I would agree, even though travel itself is a kind of artificial preoccupation. (No judgment I love to travel and Im always seeking out an authentic experience and/or meaning.)Also you are a self proclaimed “fat pig” Que chistoso! A propósito donde aprendes español? Tienes un acento muy bueno. Great photography music and commentary. And indeed, where are the naked men? Gracias por todo y hasta luego. Saludos de Australia. Paul 🦘🦘🦘

I found it hilarious that you said there aren’t many foreigners in QRO. You missed 90% of Queretaro by just staying in Centro. Considering QRO is a huge hub for international manufacturing, there are probably more foreigners in Queretaro than anywhere outside Mexico City.
