Why do I keep getting porous macarons every time? No feet, all holes on the top and not smooth at all.

Could be a few reasons, over mixed batter or meringue not whipped enough. Different almond flours/ meals can also affect the batter. Macarons not dry enough. Too much food colour. I would recommend changing one thing and then see if that helps, if it doesn’t change something else and keep troubleshooting until you find the issue 🙂
