Here's the recipe for you to follow to make leftovers frittata:
INGREDIENTS
250g leftover cooked vegetables
8 egg (beaten)
100g grated cheddar
Salt and pepper to season
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 200C or air fryer to 180C. Combine all ingredients in a 20x20cm baking dish - greased and lined. Bake 15-20 mins or 12-14 mins in air fryer.
