Quick and inexpensive SOUR CREAM cake without cream and mixer! Very tasty, with strawberries!
The cake turns out to be very tender, literally melts in your mouth!
INGREDIENTS for chocolate cake (28x18 cm) (or for a round baking dish 26 cm):
150 gr flour
30 g of cocoa
9 g baking powder
3 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
8 g vanilla sugar
120 grams of sugar
80 ml of milk (room temperature)
120 g of melted butter
bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (350 °F) at medium level without convection until it is ready, and check with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean.
Ingredients for the middle layer:
250 g of soft butter
200 g sweetened condensed milk
250 g cottage cheese (9%) or ricotta (room temperature)
The remainder of the cake
Ingredients for the strawberry layer:
450 g strawberry puree
50 grams of sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon optional
10-12 g of gelatin
5 tablespoons of cold boiled water for making gelatin
200 g sweetened condensed milk
400 g sour cream (30%) (room temperature)
20 gr of grated chocolate for decoration
