Quick and Tasty Veg Hakka Noodles
Ingredients and Measurements
200 grams Hakka Noodles
For cooking Noodles
Water 2 liters
Oil 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cabbage 1/2 ct small size ( cut into Julienne)
Carrot 1 ct small size ( cut into thin julienne)
Red and Green pepper each 1/2 ct ( cut into julienne)
Garlic 4 pods finely chopped
Ginger 2 inch finely chopped
Green chilli 1 ct slitted finely
Spring onion 4 strings finely chopped and base finely julienned
Oil sunflower 1 tbsp
Sesame 1/2 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp ( for veggies)
Water 2 tbsp ( for veggies)
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Pepper powder white/ black 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce 1/2 tbsp
Rice Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Soy thick 1 tsp
