@@sammiegarrett549 Yep, and in my city, it was usually .75 cents to ride with .10 cent transfers, as I recall. By the mid-ish 90's they started taking bills like a vending machine.

Longest minute and twenty-six seconds ever, but this is one of my favorite comedies. I always love how when you have a small finite amount of time and God throws everything at you but, the kitchen sink.

And this is one of the best scenes in this movies hats off to The bus driver Phil Bosco , he was hilarious and for all of you transit bus fans the seats on the 1976 Flxible were definitely modified for this movie. these types buses had face to face window seats.

He works for the City so i dont blame him for wanting exact change. Also he cant be bribed with is nice to see from a city employee. But yeah talk about a very stressful situation when you are on the run from the law.
