Ingredients (4-5 servings 🍝):
350g (12oz) spaghetti
Cook al dente
olive oil
1 red onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
1 zucchini, diced
200 g (7 oz) datterinin tomatoes, halved
Salt, pepper, paprika
Pasta water
150 g Philadelphia cream cheese
50 g (1.7 oz) grated Parmigiano Reggiano
✅ Use the pasta water to thin the sauce!
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
✅ Before serving, grated Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.

Ingredients (4 - 5 servings 🍝):
300g (10.5oz) Conchiglie pasta
Cook al dente
1 eggplant, cut into cubes
100 g (3.5 oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
salt and pepper
2 tsp herbal mixture
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
olive oil
fresh basil leaves
Mix well and bake at 200°C / 390°F for 20 minutes
300 g (10.5 oz) ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
400 g (2 cups) whole tomatoes in tomato puree
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt and pepper
1 mozzarella ball, cut into cubes
30 g (1 oz) finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
17:01 3 RECIPE
🍝 Ingredients (3-4 servings):
300 g (10.5 oz) pappardelle (durum wheat)
Cook al dente
300 g (10.5 oz) ground beef
1 shallot, finely chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
Salt, pepper, paprika
1 glass of dry white wine
200 g (7 oz) juicy Datterini tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
Pasta water
✅ Let the sauce simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes
Add noodles
some freshly chopped parsley
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Add the sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
