Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tsp butter or ghee
- ½ tsp cumin or jeera
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped, or garlic paste
- Salt as needed
- 2 green chilies, chopped, or ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 sliced veggies (onion, capsicum, Tomato)
- Mint leaves
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Grated panner
- mayonnaise cream/curd
Recipe :-
1. Make a Green chutney
2. Take bread and spread on butter
3. Spread Green chutney
4. Add veggies tomatoes , onion , capsicum and mayonnaise cream/curd , Grated panner Cover another bread .
5. Add Butter on pan and then take sandwich on a medium to high flame until half done or soft-cooked to suit your taste.
6.serve hot in plate with Tomato ketchup , mayonnaise cream, and Green chutney.
7 . Eat & Enjoy
