BIBIMBAP - one of the most well-known Korean dishes. A rice bowl topped with all sorts of seasoned sautéed vegetables, a fried egg sunny side up finished with a sprinkle of sesame and a generous dollop of a sweet-spicy-savory Bibimbap sauce.
Sauce
2 tbsp Gochujang
1 tbsp water
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1-2 tbsp white sugar
1/4 tsp garlic, minced
Vegetable
1 cup beansprout - (1 tsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce)
1 cup Spinach - (a pinch of salt, 1 tsp garlic)
4 Shitake Mushroom (soak in water for 30 min) - (1 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic)
1 Zucchini, julienned (a pinch of salt)
1 Carrot, julienned (a pinch of salt)
1 Tofu, cubed
1 Egg
1 cup of rice
neutral oil
(Sesame seeds)
