Ingredients:
600g Daikon radish, 200g Carrot
5 tbsp Sunflower oil, 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
5 cloves Garlic, 1 inch Ginger
15 to 20 red & green chilies
1 tsp Red Chili powder, 1 tsp Salt
30g Mustard seeds

How to make:
1️⃣ Wash, peel, and sun-dry radish and carrot for 2 days then put it in a basin.
2️⃣ Heat sunflower oil, add turmeric powder, and let it cool.
3️⃣ Put chopped chilies, garlic, ginger, chili powder, and salt for extra flavor in the basin and set aside.
4️⃣ Roast and grind mustard seeds into a fine powder and add to the mix.
5️⃣ Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in a airtide sterilized glass jar.
6️⃣ Let it ferment in a sunny spot for 15 days.
