Awesomeness. I'm doing a Gen 5 Whipple on my 2017 GT350 when they finally get it out to me! I started looking at hood pins! Thanks for helping me find a good solution. My only suggestion is to add the product to you video details! Awesomeness

Only problem is using a metal hole saw on aluminum! You will eventually crode the aluminium on top of hood and bottom. Instant galvanic corrosion when you touch metal on aluminum. Collision technician over 30 yrs .

so a plastic drill would have been better?

In all seriousness, are you suggesting laser or plasma cutting or something? What other way is there to do this that doesn't involve metal? Or after cutting the metal, should it be treated with some sort of chemical? Or are you just stating a fact of the downside that there is no way around?

@@-smp-scientificmethodpersp838 absolutely stating the facts of the down side that there is no way around it. You did a nice job and they look great. Sorry but it just freaks me out a little bit with aluminium and metal together. I'm modifying the crap out of my gt350 so I have no place to complain about modifications to your own personal gt350. Sorry I just see bubbley paint around them in a couple years. Depending on were you live demography it could be slower or faster. Bottom line you got to do what you love! Have a great day.

@@voodooreddevil7325 thanks for nice comment, and answering my questions. It seems that you think I'm the guy who made this video though? I was just another watcher trying to learn more from another guy modding his pony, because your comment was educational
