Poha is a morning breakfast recipe made with flattened rice and tempered with simple spices. It is quick and easy to make recipe and is very delicious.

Poha (पोहा)........................................2 cup
Onion (प्याज).................................... 2 medium
Potato (आलू)....................................1 small (boiled)
Peanuts (मूंगफल्ली)........................ 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves (धनिए पत्ता)...... 1/4 cup
Curry patta (करि पत्ता).................... 1 sprig/ 6-8 no.
Green chilli (हरी मिर्च)....................... 2 large
Turmeric powder (हल्दी).................. 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice (नीम्बू रस).................... 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds (राइ )........................ 1/2 tsp
Sugar (चीनी)........................................ a pinch
Oil (तेल)................................................ 3 tbsp
Salt to taste (नमक)
