This social-media-shame-rant only serves to make you look reckless and insensitive. It appears as though you are working at high levels? Does everyone feel immediately comfortable with heights or is that something that takes time. I know I sure wouldn't be rushing around with a "sense of urgency" up on a roof like that when I am new on the job. Perhaps some compassion would get you better workers and less turnover. Everyone has to be new sometimes and what they need is good guidance, not to be publicly insulted. Have a heart, be a leader and make a useful video teaching newbies how to work safe.

sense of urgency is needed on the roof, we need a certain type of individual up there who is willing to dig in and get the job done. This job is NOT for everyone.

@@thetrahanman If the job is indeed "not for everyone," then you making fun of those who it is "not for" could be considered some kind of discrimination...At any rate, it does not shine you in a very positive light to do this kind of video. Your other stuff is more...uplifting, shall we say.
