Thanks for watching I stole the idea from Skip and its works great, My old frame was bigger and was not an issue but now I see why its called the "Leg Burner 5000"

thanks, Bro I made a change when 1 roller failed, Pictures of the carnage and a new work-in-progress chain loop on my "community tab" can;t have rollers between the engine and rear sprocket, only on the non-power side

thanks, Bro yes I could tell when I started cursing a lot that it was a difficult build. I like a challenge and to problem solve

@@Paul_Gale Cool man. I'd rather curse than switch to electric bikes. See my EV playlist. Thanks.

Thanks, Bro probably going to be a while before I save the money, I switched back to a 44t sprocket. Runs good enough to get me around for now. On the bright side...The suspension is working great.

Man Paul your bike looks awesome brother thats a lot of bends in the chain on the Reed valve if it improves performance I say add it I hear from a lot of people don't if you don't have a window piston it also helps you out if the engine likes spitting out the intake it also helps atomize fuel better you just have to put them on tight or you know what happens I wish you luck with your project looks awesome and it will have a suspension you need it when Hitting bumps

Chain runs smoother and quieter than the normal loop, surprisingly. (Frequencies are being cancelled I guess) The reed valve didn't help it run any better, worse actually. i cut a 3/8" channel from the cylinder wall to the bottom of the intake port to the bottom of the cylinder. Runs a little better with the carb mounted directly to the offset intake but spits out the carb. The case is leaking and the motor runs away when I clutch to stop, where I patched it's soaked with gas and oil. I put the 44tooth sprocket back on and removed the rear disc brakes to help me get a little more bottom to make it up the hills around here. have no choice but to cripple it along until I save some money for parts, hopefully it last a bit before it blows up from running lean.

Thanks, for watching I call it my shoehorn build and I have never cursed so much building a bike. Everything is so tight. Things change fast when the weak link fails and I improve it.

thanks, Bro. I appriciate it. it's definitely a difficult one to build and I keep improving the chain loop, doesn't squat under acceleration or bump starting and the chain doesn't loosen when the suspension travels.

Thanks for watching! Yes, For the engine i want to put in there is around $500CAD all said and done for a Mineralli engine 6 HP ( already bought the top of the motor and for a $56 USD p[at turned into $200 CAD when you add the international shipping and duty and taxes at the customs border.) some stuff don't shit to Canada.like the race engine Mineralli engines I can get a cheap china doll 66/80cc kit (maybe 2HP) for CAD $160 from Amazon dot ca, free prime shipping from usa , no tax no duty or brokerage charges. Motorized bicycles are illegal in Canada to ride on the sidewalks or streets. Private property only. So far the cops haven't bothered me. In the meantime while I save the money, I'm walking, too many hills around here to pedal.
