Cheers for this, I have been researching "serious constipation cure" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Qaneah Neynna Takeover - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my partner got great success with it.

This was AMAZING! I suffer from IBS (both C and D) and during a flare-up, this really helped to calm my digestive system down while simultaneously getting it going in a healthy progression. Thank you for this, I will definitely be watching for more of your videos! :)

Chronic constipation is what I have. I have to usually take something to use the bathroom. I have Gastroparesis which is all about digestion. I'll have to try this. I need all the help I can get.

I hope this routine helps you! I'm also going to release a version with Rife frequency tones in a couple of days... You'll need to have watched this one FIRST before you try the one with Rife. If you're wondering, Rife frequency is a (rather strange) tone that is sometimes used in alternative healing practices. It can stimulate certain things in your body. I'm using the Rife frequency for constipation in the upcoming video. It's a weird sound, but for some people, it helps!

@@neffyiffy I never got around to doing it. I had so much going on with my health. Having surgeries and procedures. I'm still trying to recover. I'm having bladder problems after having so much done. I'm going through full blown menopause and I recently had my entire vault pulled up and tied behind my spine. Just alot going on. I definitely need to get in shape. My worst is my belly. I want to see a pelvic therapist and get with my doctor and see the best therapy and exercise for me. I don't want to damage anything especially with my bladder actually up. I had a 60,000 dollar stimulator put in last year for my bowels, bladder and my pelvic floor. Did great with my bowels but still having these bladder problems. I had a bladder stretch and bladder instillations but because of the virus had to quit. I am on medication that I hate. My doctor is seeing patients again so I need an appointment. My stimulator has been reprogrammed. After that my bladder got worse so I may need to have it reprogrammed again. I know my doctor probably wants to do botox and that's like a surgical procedure. I really don't want that. Maybe the right therapy will help. It's so frustrating but I'm determined get myself straightened out. Whatever it takes. So many things can aggravate the bladder. Thankful it's not incontinence. I just want a normal life if possible. My constipation is way better. I need to make an appointment with my GI doctor for a follow up. I think he will be well pleased. I did everything he told me to do and I'm better. Wish he could fix my bladder but he can't do that. Sorry for going on. Just helps to talk about it. So many family members don't understand. I'm thankful I have nothing life threatening just alot of aggravation.

I don't know if even words can describe how much this helps. I've suffered from severe constipation as a result of taking medication with opiates. Some weeks go by and I have very small movements, which causes such a lethargic and uncomfortable energy. Last night I did this along with a sea salt flush mixed with peppermint tea. Now, I've done the teas before which have barely helped. Well last night I got the most relief I've ever experienced. I did this and had a healthy movements last night and this morning. I recommend doing this a few times or sitting in the positions longer. Thank you for the simple and magical help

Tht. you might find this interesting... I have been doing Law of Attraction "experiments". Yesterday I began one. During a 48-hour period, I will see 6 black cats. Imagine the smile that came over my face when I heard purring and opened my eyes. Black Cat No. 2. Thanks to you and your cat. Great video.

Isn't it! I have more. I needed to see four more by the next morning. One walked through my courtyard as I watched t.v. later that day. By the end of the day, I still needed to see three. Before I fell asleep I was watching the videos in my Watch Later Playlist. At about 2:05 a.m. I awakened suddenly, heard a sound, realized it was my phone, playing a video, and I picked it up. A second later three drawn cartoon black cats appeared. It was a video I had saved awhile ago. I had never watched it. It is some artist. So, at 2:07 a.m. I had seen 6 black cats.

Thank you so much for your post. I've been thinking of trying something like this for constipation for a very long time. And the lemon EO tip is appreciated, I have some, and never knew that I could use it on my stomach. I can't wait to try it. I tried the video this AM, and it felt very relaxing. Letting my stomach go and relax is what I needed. I tend to hold my stomach because its often bloated, which is probably making things worse. Namaste.

I read this comment and had to reply. I have IBS and mildish bloating (sometimes severe), but holding my stomach in gave me pelvic floor dysfunction which made my constipation worse! I saw a pelvic floor physio, did a lot of reverse (!) kegels and yin yoga and things are a lot better. The floor is fixed even if I still have IBS. Seriously though, just let it bloat. Screw everyone else

Hey constipation people... love this practise. I have a question for all of you... has any one tried digestive enzymes ? I've had ibs and I was using them for about a year thinking they were helping but I recently stopped and I'm feeling a little better. I think they were actually making me feel constipated. Anyone else have this experience ?

@Matilde Art it turned out I actually had an internal infection causing it! It was slowing down my system. So it didn't really help for that, I had to go to the hospital 😅 However I tried this some time after that and it seemed to help then ❤️ I usually don't have any issues with my digestion and stuff

Hi Dr. Bri, I have a long term doubt that when we lie on our stomach we feel lot of pressure, will it not worse the prolapse? Why I'm asking is, I developed prolapse by wearing postpartum belt pressure

The pressure from wearing anything tight around your middle and being in upright positions (standing, sitting) -- especially with poor posture -- can be problematic. Lying on your belly, especially for just a short / 15 minute video like this, shouldn't be a problem. You are not working against gravity when you're in a prone position. But if you're not comfortable with it, then certainly... Skip it!
