My wrestling is awful and I have been struggling to improve it. Thank you for the 1 minute synopsis of everything I haven't been doing properly.

Holy shit, I was thinking you'd have 2-3... maybe 4 techniques or concepts in a one minute video. Shoutout Bird 🐦 in the editing booth 👌

There’s a lot of great wrestling instructors out there that would’ve taken ten 15-minute videos just to show all that.

YESSS! have been waiting for this. short but extremely useful. the breakdowns kept saying keep your stance lower, so i kept my stance low but didn't keep my back and neck straight. ate the mats yesterday.

Good (Bad) -countering with arm drag (not reacting to cross reach shot) -stance low, ready to shoot (stance too high) -reach with back arm, elbow tight (reaching with the lead arm) -hips come with me, penetration (hips trailing behind shot, reaching) -bent at legs, back and neck straight (stance hinged at back) -lifiting by thrusting hips forward (trying to lift with back and power) -re-shooting my knees under me and him to create lift (shot and hips ended up behind me) -downlock with head and circle (tried to sprawl as first line of defence) -re-shooting off their shot because you have a good stance

Glad your back. The way you communicate and express your ideas is amazing. Really down to earth. Definitely someone with a bright future. Even the way to teach in your other videos is simple. It is a reflection of the way you teach. Effective, no frills, and straight to the point. Keep it up. I even listen to your mental illness videos due to my own. I have struggled with it yet i am remain productive.

I remember watching a video a while back where you kept countering an arm drag by what looked like driving your shoulder into them. Any chance you could do a quick video on it? I tried looking for it but couldn't find it again.
