Ferment/rises in the oven! Lovely, light baked loaf with a crispy shell and a soft, juicy gutte. It rises in the oven while it gets hot. It requires a very small effort and is deliciously good
25 g fresh yeast ( 6grams of dry yeast)
3 dl milk, finger warm
1,5 dl of Oats
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
1 tsp salt
3 dl Wheat Flour
4 dl bread flour
DO THIS
1. Crumble down the yeast into a bowl and add the milk. Mix until the yeast is dissolved. Stir the oat grains down. Add golden syrup, rapeseed oil, salt, wheat flour and bread flour a little at a time. Mix everything together into a dough.
2. Shape the dough into a loaf. Roll it into flour. Sprinkle with a little White flour.
3. Put the loaf of bread on a baking paper.
4. Insert the bread in the middle of the oven in a cold oven, set the temperature at 200 degrees celcius. The bread rises while the heat increases. Let the bread stand in the oven for about 40-50 min. Let it cool on a grille.
