@@KirithキリスIt's in fact only reasonable to get around without cars if you are in places like Southern Kanto, the triangle between Kyoto City-Kobe-Wakayama City, or in the core part of Nagoya or core part of Fukuoka. Outside these places, many parts of Japan are also terminally motorized and it isn't exactly livable without a car. But I guess Nerissa probably don't have much experience in these area.
