Let’s see how to make healthy premix today. This premix has a good shelf life. So you can make it in large quantity and store. Many times we want to have something healthy. But at that time we can’t think of such an option and we tend to ignore it. If you are like this then this is the recipe for you. This is a very healthy powder. It has calcium, iron and fiber too!! This can be a good preventive measure for hair fall or back ache or bone ache. You can have this in any season of the year. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 4 tsp Flax seeds
• 1 cup roasted Chana / Futane
• 1 cup grated dry Coconut
• 1 tbsp Ghee
• 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
• 1/4 cup Almonds
• 1/4 cup walnuts
• 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
• 1 tbsp Ghee
• 1 cup Khareek powder
• 1 tbsp edible Gondh powder
Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add flax seeds.
• Roast well and transfer it into a dish.
• In the same pan roast roasted chana and transfer them into a dish.
• Roast dry coconut well in the same pan and transfer it into a dish.
• In the same pan add ghee, cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts and sunflower seeds.
• You can use dry nuts those are available with you.
• Or you can use 1 cup peanuts in place of dry nuts.
• Fry the dry nuts well and transfer it into a dish.
• Add ghee in the same pan and add khareek powder.
• Roast it well for about 2-3 minutes and add gondh powder.
• Mix well and fry for about a minute or two.
• Turn off the gas and keep It aside.
• Blend the roasted flax seeds into powder in mixer and add roasted chana.
• Blend it into coarse powder and add roasted dry coconut.
• Blend it well and transfer it into roasted khareek powder.
• Blend the fried dry nuts into powder and transfer it into the khereek powder.
• You can add poppy seeds, white sesame seeds if you want.
• Mix everything well together and healthy premix is ready.
• You can have it as it is 1 tsp per day or add ghee and make a paste and enjoy.
• Or mix 1 tsp premix in 1 cup milk and have it.
• You can store it in an airtight container for about a month.
