. turmeric powder
. 3-4 tbsp oil
. 1 medium onion
(optional)
. 1 medium tomato
. mix vegetables of your choice
. 1 tsp coriander powder
. 1 tsp kasuri methi
. red chilli powder as per taste
. pinch of hing
. salt
. coriander leaves
For tempering
------------------------
. 1 & 1/2 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
. mustard and cumin seeds
. 2-3 dry red chilli
. 5-6 curry leaves
. 1 tsp crushed garlic
