Thanks so much for the support!! :) You can simply replace the cake flour by cornstarch to make it gluten-free.

After being a fan for so long, I can finally hear your voice !! I enjoyed this voice over. I have a few questions. If I don’t have a filter machine for the tofu , can I skip the step? Also, does this recipe really taste like a cheesecake without any cream cheese? Last, the final product’s texture looked more like a dense sweet then a creamy cheesecake, is the texture suppose to be like this? Look forward to more of your videos !!!

Thank you! We thought it's a better way to engage you guys so we decided to record our voice as well :) , would love to hear your comments on that. For the filter box, using a normal sieve and kitchen paper should work too. For the taste, to be honest, it won't be 100% the same as the original cheesecake. The ingredients are plant based after all. However, we would say this version is close enough to the original one!! For the texture, personally, we think it's quite smooth. Please try it out and look forward to your comments :)

Thank you!! You may simply multiply all ingredients by 1.74 for a 8-inch mould.
