Ingredients :
for boiled process of dal & gehu:
500gm wheat soak in hot water for 3 to 4 hours
100gm chana dal
100gm split urad dal
50gm toor dal (pigeon peas)
50gm masoor dal
50gm rice
50gm split moong dal
3 liter water
add washed all dal
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2-3 green chili
1tbsp oil
For gosht masala:
1 cup oil
2 bay leaf
1 black cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
2 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp black pepper
3-4 cloves
1 star anise
2 chopped onions
750gm gosht
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 green chili
1 & 1/2 glass water
for haleem (add in boiled and mashed dal) :
3 lemon juice
mint leaves
coriander leaves
add gosht masala
2 glass hot water
add tadka
fry onion
coriander leaves
for tadka:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
serve with fry onion, coriander leaves, lemon and tari (oil gravy)
