Thank you for playing. I am so glad that I can enjoy such wonderful videos.
I discovered Valentina Lisitsa when searching for Moonlight Sonata. I'm an adult beginner, a couple of years into lessons, and tackled the first movement of Moonlight after a couple of months of work. Her playing is so beautiful and passionate; she's a real inspiration. Having listened only to rock and blues since I was a kid in the 1970s, Valentina has shown me how beautiful and moving this genre can be I found she will be playing this piece in Amelia Island in April; a mere 6 hour drive. Purchased tickets and booked a room - I can't wait to see her live!!

Valentina's great strength is the integrity of her pace. Everyone must try to think about that and take it to heart. When you see or hear something that is well done, it may seem at first different. That's because it is.

There is something to your playing that many classical pianists fail to communicate. You play with such passionate emotion and expression and have the delicate touch when it is necassary and the intensity when it is required. Your playing is nothing short of virtuosity.

May the Chopin etudes be your "spear!!!" .... because the recording format seems to be the orb of the future! @TheJackHarkness Sorry but the character limit cut me off.. That was supposed to be "Rachmaninoff Prelude in C sharp minor" and since I get 500 characters again I think I'm gonna use them and ask you a few more questions.. Will you consider playing at Serbia? And if one would want your autograph how would one obtain it? Do you have your own compositions? I'd love to hear you play in person and I hope that one day I will. Take care, and stay brilliant. You make people happy and that's a gift!
