Many of the recepies are known but I don't know why your presentation treats the eye. Kudos to the skills bong eats have. The description you give about what the recipe is by breaking it down...shows the video making skills. Love
Bengali cuisine is so vast that an entire lifetime can be spent just on fish let alone these types of classics. Let's appreciate our ancestors for giving us such beautiful dishes. We seriously hv better food than most other regions of the world.

I am not Bengali and never ate this earlier but made this with Aloo’r dam on my wife’s birthday. And it came out pretty good. I am not very experienced cook either this is my very recently found hobby. But I could follow instruction. Thanks a lot!!!!!... One request is if you could let us the ingredients in tsp/tbsp/cups instead or along with Gms, it would help a lot.

Aha! While you fried the perfect radhabollobhis I could almost smell the sweet mouri, Ada and hing flavour of the kochuris ! A must try recipe and thanks for the unusual tip of mixing a bit of the dal paste in to the moida!
"Authentic" শব্দটা আমরা ব্যবহার করি না। প্রত্যেকের বাড়িতে আলাদা আলাদা ভাবে রান্না হয়। সবকটাই authentic। এটা আমার দিদার রেসিপি। খেতে বেশ ভালো 🙂

Basically I am from Assam nd married here at West Bengal,it's being 6 months now I am married....there is a big difference between our (Assam) and my in-laws cooking style nd food habits....but coz of only Bong Eats today I am considered as a very good cook 😁🥰 so thank you nd lots of love..... I have tried your mutton Briyani,cholar dal,mughlai paratha,aloor torkari,mutton kosha,pati shefta,chilli chicken ,shukto,ghoongni,egg roll,chow nd all being loved so much.....Every time my husband ask something I rush to bong Eats virtually.....😄😃 Keep up the good work....My best wishes r alwaz there for....loads n loads of love to Bong Easts my ultimate destination...... Interesting tip was the addition of kolaier dal to the dough. Definitely it is going to enhance the taste. Will have to try out.

Today I tried and it came out so well. This is so different in preparation and taste. The presentation skill, background music everything is so perfectly placed in this channel. This reminds me of my mom's koraishutir kochuri. I haven't had that since moving out of the country four years ago. Still can taste mom's kochuri. Hope you do that someday.
