Always love your reactions - good music should make us smile in surprise and happiness. This song kills me every time, and then he starts with the piano and Im gone altogether. Final thing - how the hell does Jonny Greenwood play the organ and the xylophone at the same time?

So great to see you get exposed to Radiohead's musical magic. I would do this entire IN THE BASEMENT show.

I might be wrong (no pun intended) but I’ve always felt that the lyrics depict a mental health condition talking to its host; “You are all I need You're all I need I'm in the middle of your picture Lying in the reeds” Beautiful, dark, melancholic & uplifting, Radiohead man! 🔥

Yeah, that's why you see "Basement" all the time in the comments - the 2 shows they did are legendary - a couple of the true high points in the 35 year band history....every song is pulled off to where you just are left kind of mesmerized and blown away... I'll watch them every now and then for the rest of my life just to see a band at work at truly the highest level (not that they're the only ones on earth who are on this level or anything but there aren't too many... it is part of why they get the love and devotion they do - really on show case in these concerts....)

This is a really beautiful song with an incredible crescendo. Tom's voice is still a real instrument in its own right in the group, and this bass line adds depth to the text!!!! Great reaction ! Thanks
