This is a lecture delivered to medical students. It correlates anatomy of the neck learned by reading and dissection with what can be seen on radiologic and magnetic resonance images of the neck. A few pathological cases are also presented. Further electronic aids to learning human gross anatomy can be found at jackstern.org. Dr. Stern is Distinguished Teaching Professor Emeritus at Stony Brook University School of Medicine.
