Radish pickle (Korean style) is sour, sweet and less salty. So I modified some amount of the ingredients a little bit to serve with grilled meat, grilled fish or with rice.
Ingredients:
2.2lbs [1Kg] Peeled radish
6Tbsp Sugar
1Tbsp Salt
7Tbsp White vinegar
¾cup [12Tbsp] Water
