It's also setup for a single leg or back take, he's not quick enough to trap the leg and keep the knee above his figure 4 to finish a heel hook.

well, I do boxing and judo, I grow up with that, and Im good at knee and elbows, but I suck at kicking. point is, no die hard disiplin. I love all type martial art from traditional like muaithai, silat, judo, karate, to modern like bjj, kickboxing and specially mma

@@Rizal12061986 just practice it ,do 50 left and 50 right roundhouse kicks with slow but steady rhythim on the sandbag everyDay and u will geht better over time ,i sucked at kicking too but with time it just became natural, try to save some money and go to Thailand ,. U will find a muay Thai gym in every corner, train with them 2 times a day and u will become a new ,better and stronger Version of urself. Wish u the best of luck for ur future

The mark of a great gym and coaches that aspire to greatness is the training environment. These guys are working on experience, volume and skill development and when you're also enjoying yourself you don't want to get off the mats. Keys to longevity and keeping athletes from leaving for another gym. It's no wonder AKA is one of the best teams in MMA.

16:55 the most effective Wrestling I’ve ever witnessed. #FreeCain (also acknowledge how he approached it was dangerous, imo deserving of some probation, and consistent check in’s, also realizing what he did could’ve ended in an innocent person being killed) how ever he is NOT a danger to society, he’s an asset that’d be comfortably welcomed in almost if not every environment, he’s a great human being, the man he attacked, had it coming, I do just wish Cain had done it with his hands and feet. #FreeCainValasquez

Cain looked tired for like a second and then, in less than 30 seconds he was back jumping around. Not only does he have great cardio but its his recovery speed and how quickly his HR comes back down to normal.
